By purchasing and using CardBridge hardware and software, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our products. CardBridge reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with notice provided via email or on our website.

Product Description

Hardware

CardBridge Dash/Go devices are closed-source hardware designed for local video storage and organization. All footage remains on your device and local network.

Software

CardBridge apps (mobile, web, desktop) are proprietary software for managing your footage. Features and functionality may change at CardBridge's discretion.

Services

Optional services including device support, configuration assistance, and professional installation are available separately. Terms for these services will be outlined at point of purchase.

Use Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

✗Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of CardBridge software
✗Modify, tamper with, or alter the hardware or its firmware
✗Use CardBridge for any illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
✗Resell, redistribute, or lease CardBridge products without explicit written permission
✗Attempt to bypass or circumvent security features or authentication mechanisms

Intellectual Property Rights

All CardBridge software, firmware, documentation, and materials are proprietary and owned by CardBridge. You have a limited, non-exclusive license to use them solely for their intended purpose. All rights not explicitly granted are reserved. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sublicense any part of CardBridge without written permission.

Disclaimers & Warranties

AS-IS Disclaimer

CardBridge products are provided 'as-is' without warranties of any kind. CardBridge makes no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. While we aim for reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete protection against data loss.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall CardBridge, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of CardBridge products.

CardBridge's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limits may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CardBridge, its employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) arising from your misuse of CardBridge products, violation of these terms, or violation of any applicable law or third-party rights.

Termination

Your license to use CardBridge products automatically terminates if you violate these terms. CardBridge may terminate your access at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must cease all use of CardBridge products.
